At HILANDER Painting, we truly value the people who work for us. A big part of our company’s success comes from having a team of good people who care about the work they do and the customers they work for.

Most of our employees have been with us for over five years and have been personally trained by Kevin. We don’t just hire anybody and send them out to paint someone’s home. Everyone on our crew is properly trained to do the job the right way, and our supervisors and experienced painters make sure the work is done to the standard we expect.

We also run a professional and respectful company. We have a zero-tolerance drug policy, and we believe in treating customers and coworkers with respect at all times.

One thing we hear all the time from homeowners is how much they enjoyed having our crew in their home. People often mention guys like Jeff, Corey, and the rest of the team, saying they were polite, hardworking, respectful, and simply enjoyable to be around.
